Meet Tom and Poly.

Tom is a 3D artist and Poly is a digital figment of his imagination. Tom and Poly spend a lot of time together and sometimes they get angry, especially when Poly does not do what Tom wants.

Most happy Poly’s grow up with 3 points (or vertices). Sometimes Poly’s are called names like N-gons or even non-planar if they are really bad and have more then 3 points. Tom cuts, welds, splits, and moves Poly until he sees what he likes. Lately Tom has been sad because there are so many Poly’s to work with. Tom runs into Z and Mud one day and sees that he can now push and pull all the Poly’s he wants to.

Tom is happy, but is soon sad again.

Tom has too little money to give to Z and M. Tom liked Z but Mud moved in with another family that likes to play monopoly all day and night. Tom does not like monopoly. Tom hears that monopoly stunts growth. Bad Mud, bad. Oh well. Maybe Tom, Z and Mud will meet again.

One day, Tom meets his bestest friend 3DCoat. Tom is happy again. Tom is thrilled when he is shown that he does not even have to deal with Poly until he is ready.
