The Big Idea:
Create a presentation for a ceremony highlighting the efforts of area volunteers over the past year, helping create energy and excitement for the event and the group's effort as a whole.
Description:
Visually represented the value of the individual volunteer and the power of a collective effort. This was done by focusing on photos of individual volunteers and their efforts to begin with, then later visually etching each photo into the pieces of a larger, collective image. This required precise planning as it involved multiple exchanges between the 3D animation and the 2D visual effects environments. Additional 3D Models of the actual S.T.A.R. Award were also created and used in the production.
