Produce and record an on-hold message for the customers of Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes®. Brand messaging needed to be conveyed clearly as did the message of independent ownership. Because a person could be placed on hold at any point in the recording, the message had to be especially concise, yet broad enough so that the listener could catch on to the message in seconds.
