Create a video which would highlight their past experience with a very similar project. Competition for the job was fierce, so differentiating AVB (American Village Builders) from the pack was important. In addition to footage, 3D animation, and artist renderings, testimonials of well-known community leaders were also used to build confidence in the experience of the AVB team and dependability of the AVB brand. The title "Good Chemistry" pertained to the function of the building to be built.
